New Blog

I received a nice email today from cousin Jan Szumański and in it he told me he also writes a blog to keep his parents and sisters in Golina informed about his life in the U.S. It's kind of like the idea I had for starting my blog before we moved to Poland. I first met him and his wife in 2003 through the miracle of the internet. I had several messages on different geneaology websites searching for my relatives and he replied to one of the messages. It was the year cousin Roxanne was getting married in Las Vegas and Jan flew out for the wedding to meet me. I have seen him a few times since then and hope to see him the next time he returns for a visit to Poland.

Outside it's cold, -10c and it actually snowed a little today, enough to give the ground a white cover. The temperature should keep the snow in place, unfortnately it also causes us to raise the thermostat in the flat affecting the heating bill. We received the bill today for the last two months and it was more than shocking to see what it was. I hate to think what it will be like for the next two months.

Tomorrow is the day for the biopsy to be taken and I will be glad to have it over, no matter what the results are. This waiting has not been too easy on my nerves.

Dostałem miły mail od dzisiaj kuzyn Jan SZUMAŃSKI i to powiedział mi, że także pisze bloga zachować jego rodziców i siostry w Golina poinformował o swoim życiu w Stanach Zjednoczonych To trochę jak pomysł miałem na rozpoczęcie mój blog zanim przeniósł się do Polska. Po raz pierwszy spotkałem się z nim i jego żoną w 2003 r. poprzez cud w Internecie. Miałem kilka wiadomości na temat różnych geneaology websites szukając moich krewnych, a on odpowiedział jeden z komunikatów. To był rok kuzyn Roxanne był ślub w Las Vegas i Jan wyleciał na ślub ze mną spotkać. Widziałem go kilka razy od tego czasu i do zobaczenia go następnym razem, kiedy wraca do wizyty Polska.


Na zewnątrz jest zimno,-10c i faktycznie śnieg trochę dziś, wystarczy podać ziemi białe pokrycie. Temperatura powinna utrzymywać się w śniegu, unfortnately również zmusza nas do podniesienia termostat w mieszkaniu wpływających na rachunek za ogrzewanie. Otrzymaliśmy dziś rachunek za ostatnie dwa miesiące i to było więcej niż wstrząsająca, aby zobaczyć co to było. Nie lubię myśleć, co będzie, jak przez najbliższe dwa miesiące.

Jutro jest dzień biopsji, które należy podjąć, a ja się cieszę się, że go, bez względu na wyniki. To oczekiwania nie są zbyt łatwe na moje nerwy.
