Tournament time.

Thanks to the internet, Joan and I spent Sunday evening watching NCAA basketball games. We've always been a fan of college basketball and in March begings the Championship tournment with 64 teams. For some reason, last year it was not available to us here but this year it is. We watched two games that fit into our time zone and this morning we watched an archive of a late game. It was a game with our favorite team, Duke, and it was nice to see them win and move ahead in the tournament. Now there are only 16 teams remaining and they will play again starting on Thursday. By next Sunday night there will only begin four teams left. It's a elimination tournament so if you lose one game you are out of the tournament.

Dzięki internetowi, Joan i ja spędziliśmy niedzielny wieczór na oglądaniu rozgrywek koszykówki NCAA. Zawsze byłem fanem koszykówki w college i w marcu zaczyna się turniej Championship z 64 zespołami. Z jakiegoś powodu, w ubiegłym roku nie było do niego dostępu, ale w tym roku jest. Oglądaliśmy dwie gry, które pasują do naszej strefy czasowej, a dzisiaj rano oglądaliśmy archiwum z późniejszej gry. Był to mecz z naszym ulubionym zespołem, Duke, i było miło zobaczyć  jak wygrywają i przechodzą dalej w turnieju. Teraz jest tylko 16 zespołów i wznowią grę w czwartek. Do następnego niedzielnego wieczoru pozostaną tylko 4 zespoły. To turniej eliminacyjny, więc jeśli przegrasz jeden mecz, wylatujesz z turnieju.
