Opera-done that.

In order to avoid falling asleep during the opera, we took a little nap in the afternoon, got up at 4PM and Joan made dinner. Joan dressed in a pant's suit and me in a suit and at 6:10PM the taxi was waiting. We first went to pickup Zbyszek and then to the opera house. We arrived at 6:35, walked up the stairs to the entrance and went inside. There we put our overcoats in the cloakroom and Zbyszek had a glass of wine before the performance. We had good seats in the first row of the first balcony and sat down to wait for the opening music. The opera was sung in the Italian language but high above the stage was a small screen that translated the words into Polish. The first two acts passed after an hour and a half and then there was a break. It was a good thing because my legs didn't have much room to stretch out and it was a little uncomfortable. During the break Zbyszek took a picture of us in front of the very tall Christmas tree and I took a picture of him and Joan with his phone. The second half of the opera wasn't as long and when it was over we were happy we went. All of the singers were good but the best was the man singing the part of Figaro. We talked about and decided to go again but this time for the musical, Fiddler on the Roof at the end of the month.

W celu uniknięcia zasypianie podczas opery , wzięliśmy małą drzemkę po południu , wstał w godzina szesnasta i Joan zrobiła obiad . Joan ubrany w garnitur i majtek mnie w garniturze i na 18:10taksówka czekała . Najpierw udał się do odbioru Zbyszek , a następnie do opery . Przyjechaliśmy o 6:35 , wszedł po schodach do wejścia i wszedł do środka . Nie stawiamy nasze płaszcze w szatni i Zbyszek kieliszek wina przed występem . Mieliśmy dobre miejsca w pierwszym rzędzie na pierwszym balkonie i usiadł czekać na muzyce otwarcia. Opera śpiewana w języku włoskim , ale wysoko nad etapie był mały ekran, który przetłumaczył słowa w języku polskim. Pierwsze dwa akty przeszedł po półtorej godziny , a potem była przerwa . To było dobre , bo moje nogi nie mają dużo miejsca do rozciągnięcia się i to było trochę niewygodne . Podczas przerwy Zbyszek zrobił zdjęcie z nas przed bardzo wysoką choinkę i wziąłem jego zdjęcie i Joanny z jego telefonu . Druga połowa opery tak długo nie było , a kiedy było już po wszystkim , że byliśmy szczęśliwi poszliśmy . Wszystkich śpiewaków były dobre, alenajlepszy był człowiek, wykonując partię Figara . Rozmawialiśmy o i postanowił udać się ponownie, ale tym razem w musicalu Skrzypek na dachu na koniec miesiąca
