Hospital.

The Trade Center here is being converted into a hospital. With the virus numbers all across Poland rising, especially in Poznań, beds in other hospitals are filled or filling up,  Of course, the continuing protests against the abortion law doesn't help. However, almost 976 workers, including 172 students, have volunteered to work in the new "hospital". It should be ready by the end of this month.  This will not be the usual Christmas season.

I had a  good Spanish lesson time with Radek in the morning. I really enjoy meeting with him. The first hour of our English time was spent discussing politics in Poland and the U.S. He told me a few things about the government in Poland and I brought him up to speed on what is happening now in the U.S. 

Joan had therapy with Bartosz at 1:45 and then we watched a documentary,

Tutejsze centrum handlowe jest przekształcane w szpital. Wraz ze wzrostem liczby wirusów w całej Polsce, szczególnie w Poznaniu, łóżka w innych szpitalach są zapełniane lub zapełniane. Rano miałem dobrą lekcję hiszpańskiego z Radkiem. Naprawdę lubię się z nim spotykać. Pierwszą godzinę naszego angielskiego czasu spędziliśmy na omawianiu polityki w Polsce i Stanach Zjednoczonych. Powiedział mi kilka rzeczy o rządzie w Polsce, a ja przybliżyłem mu, co dzieje się teraz w USA.
