Wisła

We left Kraków about 11AM after having our last breakfast in the local restaurant. The drive to Wisła was nice although very rainy until we hit Bielsko-Biała and the the rain stopped. the terrain is so different in this part of Poland that we have seen for the last two years. Hilly, many elevation changes, it would have been nice if the sun could have come out to clear the viewing areas but it was still a nice change.

Wisła is in a hill valley so we had to ascend the "mountain" and descend to enter the village or town. I'm not sure which it is. We arrived at the hotel Vestina about 2PM, got our room, a nice room with a balcony and a view of the hills and stream across the road. We unpacked our clothes, then took a ride to Ustron to find a bank where we could exchange some money into smaller bills. We went to the ING bank and they refused to do it for us. I think it was the attituede of the senior cashier that made me the most angry. What a nasty lady. We left that bank, went back to the square in Wisła where we found another ING bank and the young girl there had no problem exchanging thing money for us. I bought a rose from the local flower shop and took it back to her. She was happy and so were we.

We made a stop in Hotel Polonia restaurant for some ice cream and coffee and then rreturned to ur hotel so I could try out this new radio connection to the internet. It took a little work but it is working.

Zostawiliśmy Kraków o 11AM po mieniu naszego ostatniego śniadania w miejscowej restauracji. Przejażdżka do Wisła była miła chociaż bardzo deszczowa aż będziemy uderzać Bielsko Biała i, który deszcz zatrzymał. teren jest tak różny w tej części Polski, która widzimy od poprzednich dwu lat. Pagórkowaty, dużo zmian wzniesienia , to byłoby miłe jeżeli słońce mogło wyjść oczyścić oglądające obszary ale to było ciche miła zmiana.

Wisła jest w dolinie wzgórza tak musieliśmy wstąpić "na górę" i zejść wejść do wsi albo miasta. Nie jestem pewny, którym to jest. Przybyliśmy do hotelu Vestina o 2PM, dostaliśmy nasz pokój, miły pokój z balkonem i widokiem {zamiarem} wzgórz i strumienia poprzez drogę.

Rozpakowaliśmy nasze ubranie, wtedy wzięliśmy jazdę do Ustron by znaleźć bank gdzie moglibyśmy wymienić kilka pieniędzy do mniejszych rachunków. Poszliśmy do banku ING i oni odmówili robić to dla nas. Myślę, że to był attitude starszego kasjera, który zrobił mnie najbardziej rozgniewanym. Jaka okropna pani. Wyruszyliśmy, że bank, wrócił do kwadratu w Wisła gdzie znaleźliśmy inny ING bank i młoda dziewczyna tam nie miała żadnego problemu wymieniającego pieniądze rzeczy dla nas. Kupiłem różę od miejscowego sklepu kwiatu i odebrałem to do niej. Ona była szczęśliwa i tak była my.

Zrobiliśmy zatrzymanie w Hotelu Polonia restauracji dla kilku lodów i kawy i wtedy rreturned do hotelu Ur tak mógłbym wypróbować to nowe połączenie radia do internetu. To wzięło trochę pracy ale to pracuje.
