Goodbye Sofa!

Today we ended our 12 relationship with our sofa. Marek, daughter Zuzanna and two of their friends came at 14:00 and removed it. I will miss it more than Joan. I've been using it as my bed for a few weeks because Joan's snoring has become too loud for me to sleep. I should have told them to come in two weeks because now all I have to sleep in is a recliner chair.

I have removed most of the pictures on our walls and Joan has been helpful in dismantling the smaller ones. I won't repeat covering all the walls with pictures in the new flat. I just don't know if we have enough space to put them away.

I took pictures of the sofa move and they're on the right side.

Dzisiaj zakończyliśmy naszą 12. letnią relację z naszą kanapą. Marek, córka Zuzanna i dwóch ich przyjaciół przyjechało o 14:00 i usunęli ją. Będzie mi jej brakowało bardziej niż Joan. Od kilku tygodni używałem jej jako swojego łóżka, bo chrapanie Joan stało się zbyt głośne, żebym mógł spać. Powinienem był im powiedzieć, żeby przyszli za dwa tygodnie, bo teraz jedyne, na czym muszę spać, to rozkładany fotel.

Usunąłem większość obrazów na naszych ścianach, a Joan pomagała w zdejmowaniu tych mniejszych. W nowym mieszkaniu nie będę powtarzał obwieszania wszystkich ścian obrazami. Nie wiem tylko, czy starczy nam miejsca, żeby je odłożyć.

Zrobiłem zdjęcia z wynoszenia kanapy, są po prawej stronie.

Hoy hemos completado nuestra 12ª relación con nuestro sofá. Mark, su hija Susanna y dos de sus amigos vinieron a las 2 de la tarde y lo quitaron. Lo echaré de menos más que a Joannie. Llevo unas semanas usándolo como cama porque los ronquidos de Joannie se han vuelto demasiado fuertes para que yo pueda dormir. Debería haberles dicho que vinieran dentro de quince días porque ahora lo único que tengo para dormir es el sillón reclinable.

Quité la mayoría de los cuadros de nuestras paredes y Joan me ayudó a desmontar los más pequeños. En el nuevo piso no voy a repetir el colgado de todas las paredes con cuadros. Pero no sé si tendremos suficiente espacio para guardarlos.
