No meeting.

As it turned out, we didn't have a meeting with the lawyer about our wills. His office is on the second floor of an old building with many steps to climb and it's not something Joan can do. He said he would come to our flat next Thursday morning at 9:00. He said he made an offer to the local government to install an elevator for the building but they refused to let him do it.

The weather has been nasty the past couple of days with gray skies, higher winds, and rain.

Well, the Christmas tree is packed away until the next Christmas season begins. I miss the many different colored lights.

Tonight for dinner I made a new crockpot dinner, spaghetti, and meatballs. The only thing that seemed a little strange was the recipe called for 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth. Why not beef broth with the meatballs? After consulting with the other cook, Joan, we decided to leave it the way the recipe says this time and next time try beef broth.

ak się okazało, nie odbyliśmy spotkania z prawnikiem w sprawie naszych testamentów. Jego biuro znajduje się na drugim piętrze starej kamienicy z wieloma schodami do pokonania i nie jest to coś, co Joan może zrobić. Powiedział, że przyjdzie do naszego mieszkania w przyszły czwartek o 9:00 rano. Powiedział, że złożył ofertę lokalnym wladzom , aby zainstalować windę w budynku, ale nie pozwolili mu na to. 

Przez ostatnich kilka dni pogoda była paskudna z szarym niebem, silnym wiatrem i deszczem. 

Cóż, choinka jest głeboko spakowana, aż do poczatku następnego świątecznego sezonu . Brakuje mi wielu różnych kolorowych światełek. 

Dziś wieczorem na kolację zrobiłem nowy obiad w wolnowarze - spaghetti i klopsiki. Jedyną rzeczą, która wydawała się trochę dziwna było to, że przepis wymagał 1i1/2 filiżanki bulionu z kurczaka. Dlaczego nie rosół wołowy z klopsikami? Po konsultacji z innym kucharzem, z Joan, zdecydowaliśmy się zostawić to tym razem tak, jak przepis mówi  ,  a następnym razem spróbować bulionu z wołowiny.

Resultó que no tuvimos una reunión con el abogado sobre nuestros testamentos. Su despacho está en la segunda planta de un edificio antiguo con muchos escalones que subir y no es algo que pueda hacer Joan. Dijo que vendría a nuestro piso el próximo jueves a las 9 de la mañana. Dijo que había hecho una oferta al gobierno local para instalar un ascensor en el edificio, pero que se habían negado a hacerlo.

El tiempo ha sido desagradable los dos últimos días, con cielos grises, vientos más fuertes y lluvia.

El árbol de Navidad está guardado hasta que empiece la próxima temporada navideña. Echo de menos las luces de diferentes colores.

Esta noche para la cena hice una nueva cena crockpot, espaguetis y albóndigas. Lo único que me pareció un poco extraño fue que la receta pedía 1 1/2 tazas de caldo de pollo. ¿Por qué no caldo de carne con las albóndigas? Después de consultar con la otra cocinera, Joan, decidimos dejarlo como dice la receta esta vez y la próxima vez probar el caldo de carne.
