Birthday, breakfast and flat.

Once or maybe twice in your life, if you are lucky, you find someone to fall deeply in love with. 34 years ago, under the strangest of circumstances, Joan and I met. We looked into each others eyes, talked for a short time and fell madly in love with each other. In all that time it hasn't wavered and the celebration of the day of her birth is important to me.

While Joan was still sleeping I went to cousin Marcelina's flower shop. I wanted to buy some kind of special, beautiful flowers for her and knew Marcelina would have them. We chose small, pink coral roses for the occasion. She wrapped them up and put in a red rose from her to Joan for her birthday. I returned home an hour later, found Joan awake in the living room and presented the flowers to her. She was thrilled. I asked her to get dressed because I wanted to take her to the Rynek to have breakfast outside. It was a beautiful day, almost hot.

Joan ordered scrambled eggs, toast and iced coffee.(Kava Mrożona). The toast was actually more like a cheese sandwich with tomatoes and cheese in between the bread. I had scrambled eggs, white sausages and Kava Mrożona. After we were done we took a walk around the Rynek and I took the pictures of her with all of the statues. There was a cute group of kids taking a tour, all wearing orange hats so they could easily be seen.

Chick Corea gave a concert in Poland and I took the picture of the poster. We walked back to Plac Wolnośći, got in our car and went home to wait for our meeting with the real estate agent about the flat. I had my reservations about it already. What were the "extra" charges, was there a crosswind through the apartment, would it be light enough inside, enough cabinet space, etc.

Z met us at 5:30PM, the agent arrived and we walked up two flights of stairs to the flat. The door was opened and a bright hallway led us into what could be the living room. Good windows facing the west, walls freshly painted and a large section of shelves. To the immediate left was the bathroom, with shower, wash basin, toilet and cabinets.

Next was the kitchen, fully equipped with large refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, shelves, drawers, cabinet and a small place for eating breakfast facing a window. A huge surprise was a dishwasher. Oh my God.................a dishwasher. I could be replaced by this machine!!!!

Next to the kitchen was the dining room, empty except for a buffet. There is a table with chairs but not in the flat at this time. They would be brought back at our request.

A door leading out of the this takes you to a balcony, a huge balcony, twice the size of the one we have now. The view is still of other flats but there is a forest in the background and the new church, still being finished is within view.

The one bedroom is off the living room, maybe twice the size of the one we have now but completely empty. That's Okay, we have a bed and wardrobe already to fit in plus three other cabinets.

The flat has it's own control over the heating system, independent of the other flats with a digital control system. The cost is 1700zl + electric and heating. We are waiting to hear from the owner what the average cost of heating is in the winter. It definitely has a bearing on whether or not we would take it. Once we have the answer we will make a decision by next Monday but so far we are highly in favor of it. Shops are just across the street for food, pharmacy, medical care, dental care and even an outside cafe. Parking will not be the problem we have now. This apartment comes with it's own garage. So now we will wait for the answer to these questions. Can we hang pictures on the wall? What is the cost of heating? Can we get an extended lease if we like living there after one year?

Raz albo być może dwa razy w twoim życiu, jeżeli jesteś szczęśliwy, znajdujesz kogoś by spaść głęboko w miłości z. 34 latami temu, pod najdziwniejszymi okoliczności, Joan i spotkałem się. Zajrzeliśmy do każdego inni oczy, powiedziane przez krótki czas i spadliśmy szalenie w miłości z sobą nawzajem. We wszystkim tamten czas to nie zachwiało się i celebrowanie dnia jej urodzenia jest ważne do mnie.

Podczas gdy Joan jeszcze spała poszedłem do kuzyna Marceliny sklep kwiatu. Chciałem kupić trochę rodzaju specjalnych, pięknych kwiatów dla niej i znałem, że Marcelina miałaby ich. Wybraliśmy małe, różowe róże koralu dla okazji. Ona zawinęła ich i włożyła czerwoną różę od niej do Joan dla jej urodzin. Zwróciłem do domu godzinę później, znaleziona Joan budzą się w pokoju mieszkalnym i przedstawiała kwiaty do niej. Ona była przejęta. Poprosiłem, żeby ona ubrała się ponieważ chciałem wziąć ją do Rynek by zjeść śniadanie na zewnątrz. To był piękny dzień, prawie gorący.

Joan rozkazała jajecznicę, przypiekają i kawa mrożona.(Rośliny kawy Mrożona). Grzanka była faktycznie więcej jak kanapka z serem z pomidorami i serem w między chlebie. Miałem jajecznicę, białe kiełbaski i Rośliny kawy Mrożona. Gdy byliśmy zrobieni pospacerowaliśmy dookoła Rynek i wziąłem obrazy jej z wszystkimi z posągów. Bystra grupa dzieci robiła sobie wycieczkę, wszystkie długo służące pomarańczowe kapelusze tak oni mogliby łatwo być zobaczeni.

Chick Corea pisklęcia dała koncert w Polsce i zrobiłem zdjęcie plakatu. Wróciliśmy piechotą do Plac Wolnośći, zebraliśmy nasz samochód i poszliśmy do domu czekać na nasze spotkanie z agentami kupnymi nieruchomościami o mieszkaniu. Miałem moje rezerwacje o tym już. Co było "ekstra" opłaty, były tam bocznym wiatrem przez apartament, to byłoby dość lekkie wewnątrz , dość przestrzeń gabinetu , i tak dalej

Ze spotkał nas o 5:30PM, agent przybył i weszliśmy na górę dwie klatki schodowe do mieszkania. Drzwi były otwarte i jasny korytarz prowadził nas do czego mógłby być pokój mieszkalny. Dobre okna stające wobec zachodu, ściany świeżo malowały się i wielka sekcja półek. Do natychmiastowego lewego była łazienka, z prysznicem, umywalką, toaletą i gabinetami.

Następny był kuchnia, w pełni zaopatrzony w wielką lodówkę, kuchenkę gazową, elektryczny piec, półki, szuflady, gabinet i małe miejsce dla jedzenia śniadania stającego wobec okna. Ogromna niespodzianka była zmywarką. Och moja God.................a zmywarka. Mógłbym być zastąpiony przez tę maszynę!!!!

Obok kuchni była jadalnia, pusta poza bufetem. Jest stół z krzesłami ale nie w mieszkaniu w tym razem. Oni byliby przywróceni na naszą prośbę.

Drzwi wiodące z to bierze ciebie do balkonu, ogromnego balkonu, dwa razy rozmiar jednego, który mamy teraz. Widok jest cichy innych mieszkań ale jest las w tle i nowym kościele, jeszcze bycie skończony jest w granicach widoku.

Jedna sypialnia jest precz pokój mieszkalny, być może dwa razy rozmiar jednego, który mamy teraz ale zupełnie pusty. To jest OK, mamy łóżko i szafę już by wstawić plus trzy inne gabinety.
Mieszkanie ma to jest własna kontrola ponad systemem ogrzewania, niezależnym od innych mieszkań z systemem sterowania cyfrowego. Koszt jest 1700zl + elektryczny i ogrzewający się. Czekamy by usłyszeć od właściciela co przeciętny koszt o ogrzewaniu jest w zimie. To zdecydowanie ma na sobie postawę czy tak czy nie wzięlibyśmy to. Raz mamy odpowiedź, którą podejmiemy decyzję do następnego poniedziałku ale dotychczas jesteśmy wysoko za to. Sklepy są właśnie poprzez ulicę dla żywności, apteki, opieki lekarskiej, troszczenia się o zęby i nawet zewnętrzna kawiarnia. Parking nie będzie problem, który mamy teraz. Ten apartament przychodzi z tym jest własny garaż. Tak teraz będziemy czekać na odpowiedź na te pytania. Czy Możemy powiesić obrazy na ścianie? Co jest koszt ogrzewania? Czy Możemy dostać rozszerzoną dzierżawę jeżeli lubimy życie tam po jednym roku?
