Caulifower pie.

Today was the day Joan tried cauliflower pie recipe. It took her and hour to prepare it. First the bottom crust went into the pie, baked for 10 minutes and then out it came to cool. She cooked the cauliflower, let it cool, made a white sauce, mixed the cauliflower in the sauce, mixed bread crumbs, eggs, cheese and dill. Then it's all mixed together. That goes on top of the bottom crust, the top crust is added and baked until the top crust is golden.

It tasted good, a little strange because you couldn't really taste the cauliflower. Nevertheless, it was something new to try and not at all bad. I think, however, that this recipe will go on the B list of things to frequently make. The cordon bleu rollups from the other day are on the A list now.

In the morning I called to a real estate agent and made and appointment for tomorrow to look at a little larger apartment, 75 meters on the north side of Poznań. It is close to where Zbyszek lives and close to our favorite meeting place, Kandulski's. Those are two big pluses in it's favor. The thought of packing and moving yet again is not a big plus. We would like to have a place where we could at least hang pictures on walls and a little more room. We have 51 meters now so 75 would be a big improvement.

To smakowało dobry, trochę dziwnego ponieważ nie mógłbyś naprawdę skosztować kalafiora. Niemniej jednak, to było coś nowego by spróbować i wcale nie zły. Myślę, jednak, że ta recepta pójdzie na B lista rzeczy często by zrobić. Nagrody dla kucharzy rollups od innego dnia są na listą teraz.
