Joan

I don't know everything but, after the MRI was done, the neuro thought he saw traces of blood on the brain. He did a CT and again it appeared so. He sent the files to the main Neuro hospital but they didn't see anything. My neuro asked to do a lumbar puncture to see if there was blood in the fluid. He had to make three tries to get it and it did cause some blood in the test.. He called the main neuro again and they said send Joan over for an angiogram to confirm or deny blood on the brain or any leakage. Last night about 11:30 they did it and I called at 2AM for the result. It was totally negative, no blood anywhere. This morning they transported her back to the hospital of my neurologist where she is resting comfortably with caring staff and a neurologist on duty. This weekend nothing will happen and on Monday I will consult with our neuro about what is next to find the reason for her collapse. I, and friends who have visited, see that her mental condition has changed. Only time will tell if it will return to normal.

Nie wiem wszystkiego, ale po zrobieniu MRI, neurologowi wydawało się, że widział ślad krwi na mózgu. Zrobił CT i wynik się powtórzył. Wysłał pliki do Kliniki Neurologii, ale stwierdzili, że nic tam nie widzą. Mój neurolog poprosił o nakłucie lędźwiowe, by sprawdzić czy nie ma krwi w płynie. Nakłuwał się trzy razy by uzyskać płyn. Test wykrył krew.Ponownie zadzwonił do Kliniki Neurologii, powiedzieli by przysłać Joan na angiografię, żeby potwierdzić obecność krwi na mózgu lub wycieku. Wczoraj około 11:30 wieczorem wykonali angiogram, zadzwoniłem o 2:00 w nocy by poznać wynik. Był absolutnie negatywny, nie ma żadnej krwi. Dziś rano przewieźli ją z powrotem do szpitala, gdzie pracuje mój neurolog. Joan odpoczywa wygodnie, otoczona opieką troskliwego personelu i neurologa na dyżurze. W weekend nic się nie będzie działo, a w poniedziałek skonsultuję z naszym neurologiem, co robić dalej, by znaleźć przyczynę tego niedomagania. Ja i przyjaciele, którzy ją odwiedzili, zauważyliśmy, że jej stan psychiczny uległ zmianie. Tylko czas pokaże, czy to powróci do normalności.
