Finally.

Finally a decision on those barrels of waste found in Przyma.  According to the information provided by portal LM.pl,  the Marshal of the Wielkopolska Province decided to withdraw the concession for the owner of the gravel farm in Przyma. Next week the same entrepreneurs are going to have the operating licenses withdrawn.in Depauli. Since the first decision, the owner of the gravel pit has already appealed and is waiting for the decision to be taken next week. At the same time he filed a motion to transfer the concession to his son.

The entrepreneur was also fined by the Voivodship Inspector for Environmental Protection the total amount of PLN 500 thousand. zł. Since that decision, the owner of the gravel pits has already canceled.

In total, almost 700 barrels of waste have been dug out in the  Golina and Krzymów mounds. The owner of the site heard the charge of creating a threat to the environment and was also required to remove and dispose of the waste.

Not feeling any better today, I went downstairs to the doctor and she gave me three prescriptions, Smecta, Gastrolit and DiCoflor60 along with a bland diet for the next 5 days. Drinking 2 Ltrs. of water along with those and the diet should do the trick. Cost..50zl($15).

Wreszcie decyzja o beczkach z odpadami znalezionymi w Przymie. Zgodnie z informacją portalu LM.pl, Marszałek Województwa Wielkopolskiego postanowił wycofać koncesję właścicielowi żwirowni w Przymie. W przyszłym tygodniu, tym samym przedsiębiorcom, zostaną odebrane licencje na  eksploatacje złóż w Depauli. Kiedy zapadła pierwsza decyzja, właściciel żwirowni już złożył apelację i czeka na decyzję, która ma zostać podjęta w przyszłym tygodniu. Jednocześnie złożył wniosek o przeniesienie koncesji na syna.

Przedsiębiorca został ukarany również przez Wojewódzkiego Inspektora Ochrony Środowiska na łączną kwotę 500 tys. Zł. zł. Od tej decyzji właściciel żwirowni już się odwołał.

W kopalniach Golina i Krzymów wykopano w sumie około 700 beczek odpadów. Właściciel terenu usłyszał zarzut powstania zagrożenia dla środowiska naturalnego, a także żądanie usunięcia i zbycia odpadów.

Dzisiaj nie czułem się lepiej, więc zszedłem na dół do lekarki, która dała mi trzy recepty na Smectę, Gastrolit i DiCoflor60 oraz zaleciła dietę przez następne 5 dni. Picie 2 l wody wraz z lekami i dietą powinno załatwić sprawę. Koszt …50zł (15 USD).
