Bandages.

 Hallelujah! The bandage is off my hand and it is much more useable than before. The stitches came out easily. It is only wrapped in a light dressing of gauze until Thursday when I can lightly wash my hand. Only the little finger is still swollen. A small hematoma.

At 14:00(2PM) I met with Marcus to have my first haircut in a year and a half. It was wonderful to get rid of all of this hair. I had to make a stop on the way home at a pharmacy to buy an ice bag. However, they don't sell such a thing and so I have to find it on the internet. My annual cluster headaches have started again and the only way to stop the pain in the left side of my neck is three aspirins and ice on my neck. The headaches usually last for a month, sometimes daily or twice a day.

I also made an appointment for next month and one for Joan to get her haircut next week. She is also looking forward to having less hair to care for. It will be easier for her and me also.

Bóle głowy zwykle trwają przez miesiąc, czasami codziennie lub dwa razy dziennie.

Umówiłem się też na wizytę u fryzjera w przyszłym miesiącu, a strzyżenie Joan w przyszłym tygodniu. Ona również nie może się doczekać, aby mieć mniej włosów do pielęgnacji. Będzie łatwiej i jej, i mnie.

Mis dolores de cabeza anuales en racimo han vuelto a empezar y la única forma de detener el dolor en el lado izquierdo de mi cuello es con tres aspirinas y hielo en el cuello. Los dolores de cabeza suelen durar un mes, a veces a diario o dos veces al día.

También he concertado una cita para la peluquería el mes que viene y el corte de pelo de Joan la semana que viene. Ella también está deseando tener menos pelo que cuidar. Será más fácil para ella y para mí.
