Radek and I talked about the inflation, the war in Ukraine, the latest Texas school massacre, and then for the second hour, it was Spanish. I record all of our Spanish time and then relisten to it during the week. I don't know why but sometimes the recorder turns itself off. I went into the settings on the phone and set the screen to stay vivid for a long time so I can observe the recording.

In the afternoon, I had an appointment at 16:00(4 PM) with my urologist for my semi-annual checkup. I gave him my latest PSA blood test and he was happy with the result. So was I. Everything is fine at this time.

The United States needs to follow the lead of the Canadian Prime Minister to learn how democracy should work.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's government introduced legislation Monday that would put a freeze on importing, buying, or selling handguns.

"We are capping the number of handguns in this country," Trudeau said.

The regulations to halt the growth of personally owned handguns are expected to be enacted this fall.

"It will be illegal to buy, sell, transfer or import handguns anywhere in Canada," the prime minister said.

Canada already has plans to ban 1,500 types of military-style firearms and offer a mandatory buyback program that will begin at the end of the year. It already expanded background checks. Source-NPR  & AP.

Radek i ja rozmawialiśmy o inflacji, wojnie w Ukrainie, ostatniej masakrze w szkole w Teksasie, a na drugiej godzinie był język hiszpański. Nagrywam cały nasz czas, kiedy rozmawiamy po hiszpańsku, a potem odsłuchuję go w ciągu tygodnia. Nie wiem dlaczego, ale czasami nagrywarka sama się wyłącza.
