We met with the old landlady today and gave her back the keys to the old flat. That was pretty much our activity for the day. Joan spent the afternoon looking at different recipes for making Gazpacho, a cold Spanish soup that we like. She has four now and will try a different one each week so we can decide which one we like the best to use.Pozna艅 is a different city now that the students went home last month after school let out. There's much less hustle and bustle, not as many people on the streets and quieter than during the school year. I don't know how big the impact is on the economy, I haven't researched it, but I am sure without the students the influx of money into the city is less. It would be interesting to see the figures.
