Meeting

Tomorrow we are suppose to have the crew here to repair the leaking balcony so we re-scheduled our meeting with Zbyszek for today at 3:30PM.  He has been away at a spa for three weeks so it was our reunion time. It was a nice day so on the short drive to Kandulski's we were able to observe the colors of autumn everywhere. This is a pretty time of the year.

Of course, the next big event will be Nov. 1st. The day when most relatives return to the place where they were born to put flowers and candles on the graves of their ancestors. We always make the trip back to Golina for this day and spend time visiting the cemetery and relatives. It's one of my favorite days of the year and hopefully this year the weather will be better than last year. After that, we don't have any special plans for trips the rest of this year.

Przypuszczamy, że jutro będziemy mieć ekipę do naprawy przeciekającego balkonu, więc przełożyliśmy nasze spotkanie ze Zbyszkiem na dzisiaj na 15:30. Był w sanatorium przez trzy tygodnie, więc był czas na nasze spotkanie. To był miły dzień, więc podczas krótkiego przejazdu do Kandulskich byliśmy w stanie obserwować wszędzie kolory jesieni. To jest ładna pora w roku.

Oczywiście, kolejnym wielkim wydarzeniem będzie 1 listopada. Dzień, kiedy większość krewnych wróci do miejsca, w którym się urodzili, aby złożyć kwiaty i znicze na grobach swoich przodków. Zawsze w tym dniu wybieramy się w podróż do Golina, by spędzić tam czas odwiedzając cmentarz i krewnych. To jeden z moich ulubionych dni w roku i mam nadzieję, że w tym roku pogoda będzie lepsza niż w roku ubiegłym. Potem, nie mamy żadnych specjalnych planów wyjazdowych na resztę tego roku.
