The city is moving ahead with its plans to renovate the Rynek. Whichever contractor wins the bid, they will have 270 days from signing the contract for the design and obtaining an enforceable building permit. Construction and assembly work on the market plate are to be completed no later than 2 years after signing the contract. IF, and I emphasize IF,  everything goes according to plan, the Old Market Square should get a new face by the spring of 2023.

As a result of the works, a new structure and surface of the Old Market Square, adjacent streets, pedestrian routes and pavements will be created. The area covered by the renovation will be covered with stone cubes and slabs. Historical material will also be used: cobblestones, curbs, and granite paving slabs. 

As part of the investment, three green islands will be created in the Old Market Square. These are to be flower beds with trees and seats, as well as a vertical garden on the western wall of the Arsenal Gallery. There will also be benches and seats on the slab and in the Culture Passage. The arcade will be built on Jana Baptysty Quadro Street. - It will be a place to organize cultural events, which will have, inter alia, a mobile stage, and a temporary, foldable roof. Miasto idzie naprzód z planami renowacji Rynku. Niezależnie od tego, który wykonawca wygra przetarg, będzie miał 270 dni od podpisania umowy na projekt i uzyskania prawomocnego pozwolenia na budowę. Prace budowlano-montażowe na płycie targowej mają zakończyć się nie później niż 2 lata od podpisania umowy. JEŚLI, a podkreślam JEŚLI wszystko pójdzie zgodnie z planem, Stary Rynek powinien mieć nowe oblicze wiosną 2023 roku.

W wyniku prac powstanie nowa konstrukcja i nawierzchnia Starego Rynku, przyległych ulic, ciągów pieszych i chodników. Teren objęty renowacją zostanie pokryty kostką i płytami kamiennymi. Wykorzystany zostanie również materiał historyczny: kostka brukowa, krawężniki i granitowe płyty chodnikowe.

W ramach inwestycji na Starym Rynku powstaną trzy zielone wyspy. Mają to być kwietniki z drzewami i siedziskami, a także ogród wertykalny na zachodniej ścianie Galerii Arsenał. Na płycie oraz w Pasażu Kultury znajdą się również ławki i siedziska. Pasaż powstanie przy ulicy Jana Baptysty Quadro. - Będzie to miejsce do organizowania wydarzeń kulturalnych, które będzie posiadało m.in. ruchomą scenę oraz tymczasowy, składany dach. Renowacja nawierzchni Starego Rynku posłuży również do wykonania nowej izolacji ścian fundamentowych budynku Wagi Miejskiej. - Source-epoznan.pl.

Cualquiera que sea el contratista que gane la licitación, tendrá 270 días desde la firma del contrato para el diseño y la obtención de un permiso de construcción ejecutable. Los trabajos de construcción y montaje en la placa de mercado deben completarse a más tardar 2 años después de la firma del contrato. La galería se construirá en Jana Baptysty Quadro Street. - Será un lugar para la organización de eventos culturales, que contará, entre otros, con un escenario móvil y un techo temporal plegable.
