The state of Texas has filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court to try to stop four states, Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin from casting the Electoral votes for Joseph Biden. Ken Paxton, their Attorney General, and a BIG Trump supporter, claims that illegal voting procedures took place in those states and therefore that millions of people's votes were fraudulent, making it impossible to know who won. To make matters worse, Several other state attorney generals have joined the lawsuit, all from Pro-Trump states. It's just another attack on America's democracy. Why these people are not charged with sedition is beyond me, Sedition is a serious felony punishable by fines and up to 20 years in prison and it refers to the act of inciting revolt or violence against a lawful authority with the goal of destroying or overthrowing it.
Yesterday, The Supreme Court rejected Texas’ attempt to overturn the election. Now it's time for the House of Representatives leaders to refuse to seat any Members trying to overturn the election and make donald trump an unelected dictator. They should all be charged with sedition and prosecuted.
