Miracle.

As I was about to leave from garage a van pulled in with ladder on top. Two men got out and started looking at the drain pipes under the roof in the back of the building. I figured they were here to repair the problem we have in the FRONT of the building so I approached them and told them they were looking in the wrong place. I had to leave but I told them to go upstairs in the building to our apartment and Joan would show them the problem.  She did and then they told her they would be back in two days, Saturday, to fix the problem.  IF they do return it will be the fastest service we ever had. I hope they do!

I was up at 5:30 this morning for no special reason and it was sunny and clear outside. After returning to bed about 6:00 and waking up at 9:00 the sun had gone, the gray clouds moved in and it started snowing. It snowed a few centimeters and then stopped. Snow makes me feel like Christmas, probably a left over feeling from childhood when we always had snow on the ground for that day.  So today I started playing Christmas carols on the DVD and this weekend we may put up the tree already. I think those feeling you acquire when you are young never go away no matter how old you are.
