Good day.

 Even though we were expecting rain because of the forecast, it was a perfect day mostly sunny, blue sky with a few clouds and 25C(75F). I wanted to take Joan outside but she was too tired today to attempt the stairs. I really wanted to go for walk somewhere.

I spent some time updating my photo archives with new pictures, studied little, made the usual breakfast, lunch, and dinner, washed dishes and clothes, made a quick trip across the street to the Apteka(pharmacy), and sat down with Joan to watch some episodes of the TV series, I Robot, on Netflix. After that, we watched a few episodes of Good Girls.

There are warnings out that the Delta virus will cause a BIG spike in new cases. Once again there will be restrictions applied to some of the 16 regions in Poland where cases are the highest. It is not going away and it is hitting young people more and more. As always, I am very causes when I have to go outside, masking and social distancing. I will continue food shopping at 6:30 in the morning when there are very few people in the store.

Mimo, że spodziewaliśmy się deszczu z powodu prognozy, był to idealny dzień, w większości słoneczny, błękitne niebo z kilkoma chmurami i 25C(75F). Chciałem zabrać Joan na zewnątrz, ale była dziś zbyt zmęczona, żeby spróbować wejść po schodach. Naprawdę chciałem pójść gdzieś na spacer.

Spędziłem trochę czasu na aktualizacji moich archiwów fotograficznych o nowe zdjęcia, trochę się uczyłem, zrobiłem zwyczajowe śniadanie, obiad i kolację, pozmywałem naczynia i ubrania, zrobiłem szybką wycieczkę na drugą stronę ulicy do Apteki i usiadłem z Joan, aby obejrzeć kilka odcinków serialu telewizyjnego "I Robot" na Netflixie. Po tym obejrzeliśmy kilka odcinków "Grzecznych dziewczyn".

Istnieją ostrzeżenia, że wirus Delta spowoduje duży wzrost liczby nowych przypadków. Po raz kolejny zostaną wprowadzone ograniczenia w niektórych z 16 regionów Polski, gdzie liczba zachorowań jest największa. To nie zniknie i coraz bardziej uderza w młodych ludzi. Jak zawsze, jestem bardzo powodem, kiedy muszę wyjść na zewnątrz, maskując się i dystansując społecznie. Będę kontynuował zakupy żywności o 6:30 rano, kiedy w sklepie jest bardzo mało ludzi.

Me dediqué a actualizar mis archivos fotográficos con nuevas imágenes, estudié un poco, hice el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena habituales, lavé los platos y la ropa, hice un viaje rápido al otro lado de la calle al Apteka(farmacia), y me senté con Joan a ver algunos episodios de la serie de televisión, I Robot, en Netflix. Después de eso, vimos algunos episodios de Good Girls.

Hay advertencias de que el virus Delta causará un GRAN pico de nuevos casos. Una vez más, se aplicarán restricciones a algunas de las 16 regiones de Polonia en las que hay más casos. No va a desaparecer y está afectando cada vez más a los jóvenes. Como siempre, soy muy causante cuando tengo que salir a la calle, enmascarándome y distanciándome socialmente. Seguiré comprando alimentos a las 6:30 de la mañana, cuando hay muy poca gente en la tienda.
