Another Thursday morning shopping for food started off my day. As usual, there were only 2 customers at this early time in the store. The total for next week's food was 163 PLN($42). One way of keeping costs down is making a soup that lasts for 2 days. I added 2 new meals for dinner, Tuscan Marsala Chicken and Tuscan Creamy Salmon. I hope they turn out well. I never know until I try a recipe which way it will be, good or bad.
I read yesterday that the U.S. is now advising people over to get a third Covid vaccination. It seems as though the first two shots only offer protection for eight months. I can't help but wonder if this is just another way to make more money for the companies producing the vaccine. Germany and Israel are doing the same thing but I haven't heard anything about this in Poland.
Kolejny czwartkowy poranek na zakupach spożywczych rozpoczął mój dzień. Jak zwykle o tak wczesnej porze w sklepie było tylko 2 klientów. Suma na przyszłotygodniowe jedzenie wyniosła 163 zł(42$). Jednym ze sposobów na obniżenie kosztów jest zrobienie zupy, która starczy na 2 dni. Dodałem 2 nowe dania na kolację, Tuscan Marsala Chicken i Tuscan Creamy Salmon. Mieć nadzieję że obracają out dobrze. Nigdy znać until próbuję przepis który sposób ono będzie, dobry lub zły.
Czytałem wczoraj, że USA jest teraz doradzanie ludzi ponad, aby uzyskać trzecią szczepionkę Covid. Wygląda na to, że pierwsze dwa strzały zapewniają ochronę tylko przez osiem miesięcy. Nie mogę się powstrzymać od zastanowienia, czy jest to tylko kolejny sposób na zarobienie więcej pieniędzy dla firm produkujących szczepionkę. Niemcy i Izrael robią to samo, ale nie słyszałem nic o tym w Polsce.
Otro jueves por la mañana de compras de alimentos comenzó mi día. Como de costumbre, sólo había 2 clientes a esta hora temprana en la tienda. El total para la comida de la próxima semana era de 163 PLN (42 dólares). Una forma de mantener los costes bajos es hacer una sopa que dure 2 días. He añadido 2 nuevos platos para la cena, Pollo Marsala Toscano y Salmón Cremoso Toscano. Espero que salgan bien. Nunca sé hasta que pruebo una receta cómo será, si buena o mala.
Ayer leí que en Estados Unidos están aconsejando a los mayores que se vacunen por tercera vez contra el Covid. Parece que las dos primeras vacunas sólo ofrecen protección durante ocho meses. No puedo evitar preguntarme si esto es sólo otra forma de hacer más dinero para las empresas que producen la vacuna. Alemania e Israel están haciendo lo mismo, pero no he oído nada al respecto en Polonia.
Ho Hum, David welcome to the merry go around, once your on it you can't get off, the covid jab is a money making scheme that has fooled the world, time for the third jab, then the forth and so on, best stick with the cool aide, it just shows what fools we are and are prepared to believe our masters, shame.

ReplyDeleteIt’s like the yearly flu shot. They’ll have you take it every year (if you choose - if it’s not mandated), but you’re right that it’s a scheme for the drug companies to make more money. I’m glad that I invested in pharmaceuticals years ago. At least I can make money off the whole scam. My family and I are not taking the jab.
ReplyDeleteI hope you look into diatomaceous Earth. Also, there are ways to boost your immune system and to suppress viruses by taking things that are all natural. Check out wild Mediterranean oregano oil. It must say “wild” on it, and it must say “Mediterranean” (because there are other oregano oils, but they’re not as effective).

ReplyDeleteof what he retorts, nor care for the cynicism of 'Anonymous' here, I too am refusing to get vaxxed, as well as rejecting this mainstream propagandizing going on since day 1, and the biowarfare experimentation going on under what is this CV smokescreen, and the hijacking of collective rationality and individual wisdom. Lots of people agree with you. It seems like the Powers That Be are trying to pit us all against each other. So many are getting sucked into that. I’m on the side of the anti- vaxxers because there have been devastating effects of the jab, and it’s also a matter of “My body, my choice”. Why force me to get the vaccine? If you’re vaccinated, you don’t need to fear me if I’m not vaccinated.

Beyond this, there are many true authorities (doctors & various medical specialists, physicists and other scientists,
nurses on the front lines of patient care, other emergency workers, various other bona fide medical and health practitioners,lawyers in the health and the political fields, AND regular people who see the writing on the wall and don't want it to be their bodies that are experimented with helter-skelter and don't want their world to become one big concentration camp (yes, indeed, "show me your papers" is on the verge of happening (George Orwell, are you spinning in your grave yet???)! And then, who have had adverse reactions (beyond death) from this cv vax assault). They have been, and still are weighing in on what is coming down in our world.
So much "common sense" medical advice is out there for dealing with whatever bio-weapon THEY (the profiteering self-made gods) have concocted and inserted into life on Earth. We do NOT need to have our biology invaded with more lab-concocted toxics (and yes, AI elements!) to either cull us/kill us or turn us into robotniks/zombies/slaves!!
AND, there are many online sites you can access, to see what the propagandizing mainstream media, the already-bought government so-called "leaders and authorities" are spinning daily on the tv channels (not to mention the horrific censoring of sane, real and truly intelligent, and life-saving information, while demonizing and trying to delete/destroy those courageous few who keep on trying to
