No turkey.

OK, no luck finding a turkey today at the store so we'll replace it with a chicken. Not quite the same but what can you do. It will still be a big meal and we'll be thinking about the best President we had in our lifetime, John Fitzgerald Kennedy. I can't believe it will be 49 years on that day that he was assassinated. Almost half a century..................makes me feel a little old.

We did the food shopping for the week, 124zl($42) and then returned home, put the groceries away and went to Kandulski's for our weekly meeting with Zbyszek. Of course, the topic of conversation was the bomb attempt on the Parliament building that was successfully stopped by the secret service. Even so, it seems like the far right is growing in Poland and that's not a good sign.

I had a great conversation via Skype with a new person wanting to practice her English although it was pretty good. It was fun talking with her and she'll help me improve my speaking Polish.

OK, nie ma szczęścia znalezienie indyka dzisiaj w sklepie więc będziemy wymienić go na kurczaka. Nie do końca to samo, ale co można zrobić. To nadal będzie duży posiłek i będziemy myśleć o najlepszej prezesa mieliśmy w naszym życiu, John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Nie wierzę, że to będzie 49 lat w tym dniu, że został zamordowany. Prawie pół wieku .................. czuję trochę za stary.

Zrobiliśmy zakupy żywności na tydzień, 124zl ($ 42), a potem wróciłiśmy do domu, połóż się i zakupy poszedłiśmy do Kandulski dla naszego tygodniowego spotkania z Zbyszekiem. Oczywiście, tematem rozmowy była próba bombowy na budynek parlamentu, który został pomyślnie zatrzymany przez służby. Mimo to, wydaje się, że skrajna prawica rośnie w Polsce, i to nie jest dobry znak.

I świetnie rozmowę przez Skype z nowej osoby, którzy chcą wykonywać swój angielski, chociaż był całkiem dobry. To było zabawne, rozmawia z nią, a ona pomoże mi poprawić mój mówiący po polsku.
