Service?

 
 
It seems like our granddaughter gets prettier by the month. Here she is at a White Sox game in Chicago this week. She's only 15 years old.

You're right, John, about the hospitals and doctors in the U.S. They know how to behave and treat a patient, something very lacking with most hospitals and doctors here. One thing that Poland is way behind in is customer service or patient service. I should open a business that teaches those things. It's improved in the eight years we've been here but still has a long way to go. Lack of customer service is evident in many of the different kinds of stores you shop also.

As you can see from the picture above, Joan is reading for a great vacation trip to Budapest in September. She is not the only one anticipating this trip. The ancestry of my nephew;s wife, Anne, is Hungarian but she has never been there. I can't think of any place better to visit than Budapest.

Wydaje się, że nasza wnuczka zrobiła się ładniejsza przez miesiąc. Oto ona na meczu Chicago White Sox w tym tygodniu. Ma tylko 15 lat.

Masz rację, John, co do  szpitali i lekarzy w USA. Oni wiedzą, jak się zachować i traktować  pacjenta, to jest coś, co bardzo brakuje tutaj w większości szpitali i lekarzom.  Polska jest daleko w tyle, jeżeli chodzi o serwis obsługi klienta lub pacjenta. Powinienem otworzyć firmę, która uczy tych rzeczy. Odkąd tutaj jesteśmy, w ciągu ośmiu lat obsługa poprawiła się,  ale jeszcze długa droga do przejścia. Brak obsługi klienta jest widoczny w wielu różnych rodzajach sklepów, gdzie robi się zakupy.

Jak widać na zdjęciu powyżej, Joan czyta coś, co dotyczy wielkiej wakacyjnej wycieczki do Budapesztu we wrześniu. Ona nie jest tylko jedną oczekującą na tę podróży. Przodkowie żony mojego bratanka Anny są Węgrami, ale ona nigdy tam nie była. Nie mogę myśleć o lepszym  miejscu na odwiedziny niż Budapeszt.
