Protest!

Despite the freezing cold and New Year weekend, hundreds of demonstrator's were in Plac Wolnoiści protesting the new government and standing up for democracy. They want to symbolically show the red card as a sign of opposition to the government. They are opposed to the policies and actions, such as the way of changing laws, enactment of laws that change the entire legal system in Poland. This should include the law on the Constitutional Court, the media is already present in the Parliament of the police. There are a number of things that arouse indignation. This is not a bias against PiS(name of ruling party) only because it's PiS, but against the fact that as a result of the leader of the party, Jarosław Kaczyński, wants to have an impact on everything, limiting the rule of law. The primary reason for the demonstration and showing the red card were the first actions against the government and, in particular conflict regarding the Constitutional Court. However, since last week the reasons for the protest have not diminished. This is another demonstration in a short time, and already within a week they reached another outrageous case. Besides, signed by the president, despite opposition lawyers, the Constitutional Tribunal Act, there was even pushed through in about 30 hours a media law, which in fact should be called the personnel law. This is in order to remove the person selected in competitions and put in the media persons of legitimacy from the (PiS)Law and Justice party.  When you gather all these actions of the ruling party, there emerges a picture of a totalitarian state model in which democracy and freedom of speech are limited.

 Mimo mrozu i Nowy Rok weekend setki demonstrator byĹ,y na Placu Wolnoiści protestują nowy rząd i na stojąco dla demokracji. Chcą symbolicznie pokazać czerwoną kartkę jako znak sprzeciwu wobec rządu. Są one w przeciwieństwie do polityki i działań, takich jak sposób zmiany ustawy, uchwalenie przepisów, które zmieniają cały system prawny w Polsce. Powinno to obejmować ustawy o Trybunale Konstytucyjnym, media jest już obecny w Parlamencie policji. Istnieje wiele rzeczy, które wzbudzają oburzenie. To nie jest uprzedzeń wobec PiS (nazwa partii rządzącej) tylko dlatego, że to PiS, ale przeciwko temu, że w wyniku lidera partii, Jarosław Kaczyński, chce mieć wpływ na wszystko, co ogranicza praworządności. Głównym powodem demonstracji i pokazując czerwoną kartkę były pierwsze działania rządu, aw szczególności konflikt dotyczących Trybunału Konstytucyjnego. Jednak od zeszłego tygodnia powody protestu nie zmniejszyły. Jest to kolejny dowód w krótkim czasie, już w ciągu tygodnia doszli inny skandaliczne obudowy. Poza tym, podpisana przez prezydenta, pomimo prawników opozycyjnych, ustawy o TK, nie było nawet przeforsował w około 30 godzin ustawy medialnej, które w rzeczywistości powinny być nazywane prawem personelu. To jest w celu usunięcia wybranej osoby w konkursach i umieścić w mediach osób legitymizacji od (PiS) Prawo i Sprawiedliwość. Gdy zbierzesz wszystkie te działania partii rządzącej, wyłania się obraz totalitarnego modelu państwa, w którym demokracja i wolność słowa są ograniczone.
