Some choice !

This picture above sums up the way I feel about the current U.S. Presidential voting on November 8th. Unfortunately, again it is the choice between the lesser of two evils and in this case I have to vote for Clinton. My original candidate, Bernie Sanders, was cheated out of the nomination by Clinton. This I believe to be true. Even with that said, there is not way I can put the fate of the U.S. and the world in the hands of a man like Donald Trump. Our ballots are already cast, both Joan's and mine, for Clinton. I just had to use this picture because I'm sure many Americans feel this way

Joan is having another good day reading, studying Spanish and now getting ready for our weekly meeting with Zbyszek. Earlier today I went for my PSA blood test checkup and will have the results tomorrow. It's another gray, rainy day.

I talked with my friend Sylwia who lives in England this morning. We talk once a week on Skype and discuss whatever is on our minds. Today it was about Brexit, her work in a flower shop, how much she likes living in England and how well they are treated in the community they live. They live in a small town in the northeast of England.

Niestety, znowu to jest wybór między mniejszym złem i w  tym przypadku muszę głosować na Clinton. Mój pierwotny kandydat, Bernie Sanders, został przez Clinton oszustwem pozbawiony  nominacji. Wierzę, że to prawda. Nawet  powiedziane jest to, że nie ma sposobu i  mogę umieścić losy USA i świata w rękach takiego człowieka, jak Donald Trump. Nasze głosy zostały już oddane,  zarówno Joan , jak i mój na Clinton.

Joan miała kolejny dobry dzień na czytanie, studiowanie hiszpańskiego, a teraz przygotowuje się na nasze cotygodniowe spotkanie ze Zbyszkiem. Wcześniej,  poszedłem zrobić  mój test PSA  i jutro będę miał wyniki.  Jest kolejny szary, deszczowy dzień.

Dziś rano rozmawiałem z moją przyjaciółką Sylwią, która mieszka w Anglii. Rozmawiamy raz w tygodniu na Skype i dyskutujemy o tym , co nam przyjdzie do głowy. Dzisiaj chodziło o Brexit, jej pracę w kwiaciarni, o to, jak bardzo lubi mieszkać w Anglii i jak dobrze są traktowani w środowisku, w którym żyją. Oni żyją w małym miasteczku w północno-wschodniej Anglii.
