Money?

It's a  miracle. We're actually getting back $75 dollars from our U.S. taxes this year. The first time in 10 years since we've been here. It still doesn't change my mind about how idiotic it is for us to report to the U.S. how much money we have in Poland each year. By the way, Anonymous, don't tell me the refund is because of Orange Head. We move closer to WWIII each day he remains in office.

So I e-filed the U.S. tax forms today in 20 minutes with the software and Monday I will drop off the Polish taxes. Maybe if I lived in Spain part-time I could pay taxes to 3 countries. :-)

It was a nice day in the afternoon. I love the forsythia bushes you see all around here, especially when the sun shines on them. They are so bright and lively.  Makes me want to go for a walk in the mountains, ride a horse across the plains of La Mancha or sit by the Mediterranean and eat calamari and drink a mango smoothie.

To cud. Rzeczywiście w tym roku otrzymujemy 75 USD z naszych podatków w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Pierwszy raz od 10 lat, odkąd tu jesteśmy. Wciąż nie zmienia to mojego zdania o tym, jak idiotycznie jest dla nas raportowanie do USA, ile pieniędzy mamy w Polsce każdego roku. Nawiasem mówiąc, Anonimowy, nie mów mi, że refundacja pochodzi z Orange Head. Zbliżamy się do WWIII każdego dnia, gdy pozostaje w biurze.

Więc dzisiaj złożyłem formularze podatkowe w USA w ciągu 20 minut z oprogramowaniem, a poniedziałek zrzucę polskie podatki. Może gdybym mieszkał w Hiszpanii w niepełnym wymiarze godzin, mógłbym płacić podatki do 3 krajów. :-)

To był miły dzień po południu. Uwielbiam krzaki forsycji, które tu widzicie, zwłaszcza gdy świeci na nich słońce. Są tak jasne i żywe. Sprawia, że chcę iść na spacer w góry, jeździć konno przez równiny La Mancha lub siedzieć nad Morzem Śródziemnym i jeść kalmary i pić koktajl z mango.

Es un milagro.  De hecho, estamos recuperando $ 75 dólares de nuestros impuestos de EE. UU. Este año. La primera vez en 10 años desde que estuvimos aquí. Todavía no cambia mi opinión acerca de cuán idiota es para nosotros informar a los EE. UU. Cuánto dinero tenemos en Polonia cada año. Por cierto, Anónimo, no me digas que el reembolso se debe a Orange Head. Nos acercamos a la Tercera Guerra Mundial cada día que permanece en el cargo.

Así que hoy presenté los formularios de impuestos de EE. UU. En 20 minutos con el software y el lunes dejaré los impuestos polacos. Tal vez si viviera en España a tiempo parcial podría pagar impuestos a 3 países. :-)Fue un buen día en la tarde. Me encantan los arbustos de forsitia que ves por todas partes, especialmente cuando el sol brilla sobre ellos. Son tan brillantes y animados. Me dan ganas de dar un paseo por las montañas, montar a caballo por las llanuras de La Mancha o sentarse junto al Mediterráneo y comer calamares y beber un batido de mango.
