Excellent day!

It was a good day. Radek was here for our English-Spanish time, Joan had another good session of therapy and then we went outside together for a walk. The hydrangeas are in full bloom and I should take pictures of them again, tomorrow.

I also finally figured out how to records my meetings with Radek on my phone and transfer them to my laptop so I can review our Spanish lessons. I was using a Sony digital recorder but they discontinued the program for this model to transfer the files into the Sony program that I have used in the past years. I didn't want to buy the "latest" one and now I don't have to.

I have received several recommendations for teachers of Polish to foreigners. I wrote to them all, telling them about myself and what I am looking for in a  teacher. I have scheduled Skype meetings with 3 of them and  1 on Zoom. I will try 1 of them for a month and decide if he/she is what I need. I am tired of not being able to communicate fully or at least better than I can now.

Tonight we listened to "Yes" while Joan prepared a fruit salad with yogurt for dinner.

To był dobry dzień. Radek był tutaj na czas naszego anglo-hiszpańskiego, Joan miała kolejną dobrą sesję terapeutyczną, a potem wyszliśmy razem na spacer. Hortensje są w pełnym rozkwicie i jutro powinienem znowu zrobić im zdjęcia.

W końcu też wymyśliłem, jak nagrywać spotkania z Radkiem na telefonie i przenosić je na laptopa, abym mógł przejrzeć nasze lekcje hiszpańskiego. Używałem dyktafonu cyfrowego Sony, ale przerwali program dla tego modelu do przenoszenia plików do programu Sony, z którego korzystałem w ostatnich latach. Nie chciałem kupować „najnowszego” i teraz nie muszę.

Otrzymałem kilka rekomendacji dla nauczycieli języka polskiego dla obcokrajowców. Napisałem do nich wszystkich, opowiadając im o sobie io tym, czego szukam u nauczyciela. Zaplanowałem spotkania na Skypie z 3 z nich i 1 na Zoom. Spróbuję 1 z nich przez miesiąc i zdecyduję, czy jest tym, czego potrzebuję. Jestem zmęczony tym, że nie jestem w stanie komunikować się w pełni lub przynajmniej lepiej niż teraz.

Dziś wieczorem posłuchaliśmy „Tak”, podczas gdy Joan przygotowywała na obiad sałatkę owocową z jogurtem.

Fue un buen día. Radek estuvo aquí para nuestro tiempo de inglés-español, Joan tuvo otra buena sesión de terapia y luego salimos a caminar juntos. Las hortensias están en plena floración y mañana debería tomarles fotos nuevamente.

Finalmente, también descubrí cómo grabar mis reuniones con Radek en mi teléfono y transferirlas a mi computadora portátil para poder revisar nuestras lecciones de español. Estaba usando una grabadora digital Sony pero interrumpieron el programa de este modelo para transferir los archivos al programa Sony que he usado en los últimos años. No quería comprar el "último" y ahora no tengo que hacerlo.

He recibido varias recomendaciones para profesores de polaco a extranjeros. Les escribí a todos, les conté sobre mí mismo y lo que estoy buscando en un maestro.  He programado reuniones de Skype con 3 de ellas y 1 en Zoom. Trataré 1 de ellos durante un mes y decidiré si él / ella es lo que necesito. Estoy cansado de no poder comunicarme completamente o al menos mejor de lo que puedo ahora.

Esta noche escuchamos "Sí" mientras Joan preparaba una ensalada de frutas con yogurt para la cena.
