Joan had a light massage around the injured right side and then Bartosz worked on her arm, Her range of motion is better but still not fully recovered.
Last night I made quinoa, olive, olive oil salad with roasted red pepper, cumin, garlic, blue cheese, and olive oil sauce. It was terrible. :-) The recipe quickly went into the garbage.
I had my first lesson with the new Polish teacher. We spoke Polish about 85%fothe time. Only when I didn't understand something did see speak in English.

Joan wykonała lekki masaż wokół kontuzjowanego prawego boku, a następnie Bartosz popracował nad jej ramieniem, jej zakres ruchu jest lepszy, ale nadal nie w pełni zregenerowany.

Anoche hice una ensalada de quinua, oliva, aceite de oliva con pimiento rojo asado, comino, ajo, queso azul y salsa de aceite de oliva. Fue terrible. :-) La receta se fue rápidamente a la basura.
Tuve mi primera lección con el nuevo profesor de polaco. Hablamos polaco alrededor del 85% durante el tiempo. Solo cuando no pude entender algo vi hablar en inglés.
