Not so hot.

The one-day heatwave is over, 27C today.

When Joan fell the other day, she managed to bend the post on the right footrest and it wouldn't lock in place anymore. I tried to fix it but I needed a vise to straighten out the post. Fortunately, Bartosz took it home and put it back in shape. Now it works like it is supposed to.

I made the German Oven Pancakes tonight for dinner. They remind me of the Naleśniki crepe or pancake here in Poland. They are very easy to make and you can put different fruit inside of them. I need to make them for breakfast soon.

Tomorrow is shopping day. Bartosz is coming at 10:45 so I will have to be at Carrefour when they open at 8:00. Joan will probably still be sleeping when I leave so I won't have to tie her into her recliner. I don't like leaving her like that, tied, but it is the only way I can go and feel she is safe.

Cuando Joan cayó el otro día, logró doblar el poste en el reposapiés derecho y ya no se bloqueó en su lugar. Traté de arreglarlo, pero necesitaba una prensa para enderezar la publicación.
