It's the only way to describe it! Yesterday, when Kasia was finished exercising Joan she said Thursday we shouldn't for the 4 flights of stairs to the outside. I'm still a little skeptical, fearing she wouldn't have enough strength for the climb back up. I'm a "little" protective of Joan. I don't want her to get discouraged now after making all of her progress by having a difficult time climbing the 4 flights up the stairs.

Today, Bartosz was here for therapy, they did her initial exercises and then it became quiet in the living room for what seemed a longer than usual time when they worked on stair climbing, 2 flights. Joan came back smiling. In fact, they were both smiling. Joan told me she had walked all the way down the 4 flights of stairs to the ground floor and back up. She said going down was harder than coming up. So, now tomorrow, weather permitting. we(Kasia and I) will help Joan walk down the stairs and go for a little walk outside(with a mask on). It will be the first time she has walked outside since February 7th in Spain. OH, Happy Day!! I went to Elite bakery and bought her a pastry. :-)

To jedyny sposób, aby to opisać! Wczoraj, kiedy Kasia skończyła ćwiczenia z Joan powiedziała, że w czwartek, że powinniśmy zejść 4 piętra po schodach, aby wyjść na zewnątrz. Nadal jestem trochę sceptyczny, boję się, że nie będzie miała dość siły, by wrócić na górę. Jestem "trochę" opiekunem Joanny. Nie chcę, żeby się teraz zniechęcała, kiedy zrobiła postęp, przez trudy wchodzenia po schodach na 4 piętro.

Bartosz był na terapii, robili z Joan wstępne ćwiczenia, a potem w salonie zrobiło się cicho, przez co wydawało się, że dłużej niż zwykle, kiedy pracowali przy wchodzeniu po schodach przez 2 piętra. Joan wróciła uśmiechnięta. W rzeczywistości oboje się uśmiechali. Joan powiedziała mi, że zeszła schodami w dół przez 4 piętra na parter i z powrotem na górę. Powiedziała, że schodzenie na dół jest trudniejsze niż wchodzenie na górę. Więc jutro, jeśli pogoda na to pozwoli. my (Kasia i ja) pomożemy Joan zejść po schodach i pójdziemy na mały spacer na zewnątrz (z założoną maską). To będzie pierwszy raz, kiedy wyjdzie na zewnątrz od 7 lutego w Hiszpanii. Oh, szczęśliwy dzień!!! Poszedłem do piekarni Elite i kupiłem jej ciasto. :-)

¡Es la única forma de describirlo! Ayer, cuando Kasia terminó de ejercitar a Joan, dijo el jueves que no deberíamos hacer los 4 tramos de escaleras hacia el exterior. Todavía estoy un poco escéptico, temiendo que no tenga la fuerza suficiente para volver a subir. Soy un "pequeño" protector de Joan. No quiero que se desanime ahora después de hacer todo su progreso al tener dificultades para subir los 4 vuelos por las escaleras.

Hoy, Bartosz estuvo aquí para terapia, hicieron sus ejercicios iniciales y luego se quedó en silencio en la sala de estar durante lo que pareció un tiempo más largo de lo habitual cuando trabajaron en subir escaleras, 2 vuelos. Joan regresó sonriendo. De hecho, ambos estaban sonriendo. Joan me dijo que había caminado todo el camino por los 4 tramos de escaleras hasta la planta baja y de regreso. Ella dijo que bajar era más difícil que subir. Entonces, ahora mañana, si el clima lo permite. nosotros (Kasia y yo) ayudaremos a Joan a bajar las escaleras y salir a caminar (con una máscara puesta). Será la primera vez que salga a la calle desde el 7 de febrero en España. ¡¡Oh dia feliz!! Fui a la panadería Elite y le compré un pastelito. :-)
