I have more and more confidence that these Saturday rants will not continue past January 20, 2021. Even once a month is too much. I really don't like writing them but in these times, it is difficult not to because of what is happening now. I'm not talking about just the U.S. but also Poland.
In Poland, Covid-19 is on a severe rise in cases. On September 22nd, 711 cases were reported but yesterday, October 10th, 4,739 cases were reported. Why? For the same reason as in many countries, people are resisting follow guidelines like wearing a mask and social distancing. Even worse, people don't want their names given for contact tracing.
In the U.S., those are not the only reasons. The horrible current administration is a primary reason. When the President of that country says, " Don't be afraid of Covid. Don't let it dominate your life". That was a terrible thing to tell the American people. They should be afraid, 218,685 Americans have died from it, so far. That is a BIG reason why there must be a change in administration voted in on November 3rd. It's not the only reason but it is a significant one.
On the bright side, a cousin of mine living in Texas has been a staunch supporter of Trump from the beginning. Because of his mishandling of the virus, she is now voting for Biden. I wonder how many more of his supporters feel the same way? I congratulate her on finally realizing it would be a disaster for the country if Trump wins in November.

Z tego samego powodu, co w wielu krajach, ludzie odmawiaj膮 przestrzegania wskaz贸wek, takich jak noszenie maski i dystans spo艂eczny. Co gorsza, ludzie nie chc膮, aby ich nazwiska by艂y podawane do 艣ledzenia kontakt贸w.
W USA to nie jedyne powody. G艂贸wnym powodem jest straszna obecna administracja. Kiedy prezydent tego kraju m贸wi: „Nie b贸j si臋 Covida. Nie pozw贸l, by zdominowa艂o Twoje 偶ycie”. To by艂o straszne powiedzie膰 Amerykanom. Powinni si臋 ba膰, do tej pory zgin臋艂o z tego powodu 218685 Amerykan贸w. To jest DU呕Y pow贸d, dla kt贸rego 3 listopada musi nast膮pi膰 zmiana w administracji. Nie jest to jedyny, ale wa偶ny pow贸d.
Z drugiej strony, moja kuzynka mieszkaj膮ca w Teksasie od samego pocz膮tku jest zagorza艂ym zwolennikiem Trumpa. Z powodu jego z艂ego obchodzenia si臋 z wirusem g艂osuje teraz na Bidena. Zastanawiam si臋, ilu jego zwolennik贸w czuje to samo? Gratuluj臋 jej wreszcie zrozumienia, 偶e zwyci臋stwo Trumpa w listopadzie b臋dzie katastrof膮 dla kraju.
Estoy cada vez m谩s seguro de que estas peroratas del s谩bado no continuar谩n despu茅s del 20 de enero de 2021. Incluso una vez al a帽o al mes es demasiado. Realmente no me gusta escribirlos, pero es dif铆cil no hacerlo en estos d铆as debido a lo que est谩 pasando ahora. No me refiero solo a Estados Unidos, sino tambi茅n a Polonia.

En Estados Unidos, estas no son las 煤nicas razones. La principal raz贸n es la terrible administraci贸n actual. Cuando el presidente de ese pa铆s dice: “No le tengas miedo a Covid. No dejes que domine tu vida. Fue terrible cont谩rselo a los estadounidenses. Deber铆an estar asustados, hasta ahora 218,685 estadounidenses han muerto a causa de ello. Esta es una GRAN raz贸n por la que debe haber un cambio de administraci贸n el 3 de noviembre. Esta no es la 煤nica pero importante raz贸n.
Por otro lado, mi primo que vive en Texas ha sido un firme partidario de Trump desde el principio. Debido a su mal manejo del virus, ahora vota por Biden. Me pregunto cu谩ntos de sus seguidores sienten lo mismo. Finalmente la felicito por entender que la victoria de Trump en noviembre ser谩 un desastre para el pa铆s.
